    Holiday ecommerce: RTB House analyzed how internet users shop in December

    With Christmas shopping season and holiday sales going strong, December is a unique month for ecommerce. RTB House analyzed online shoppers and found that visitors shop primarily on Mondays and most rarely on Saturdays. Interestingly, mid-December showed online shopping drastically falling, moving more to offline stores. Immediately after Christmas Eve (December 25 and 26) Internet users are again most likely to click on ads.

The largest sales peaks were seen between 2-4 PM and 8-11 PM.
