You Will

  • Being an expert of the Korean market and the advertising ecosystem, you will design the short and long term business unit strategy.
  • Driving the revenue growth by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client-focused solutions within the teams.
  • Leveraging your network to meet C-Level, to identify new business opportunities and driving the clients portfolio increase.
  • Being the voice of the company by attending local events.
  • You will lead, train and mentor teams (20+ employees in Korea) by setting clear goals and embodying the company values.
  • You will navigate through a matrix company building and maintaining strong relationships with the executive leadership team and the other countries.
  • You will report on sales performance, financial statues and budget variance to the Regional Director based in HQ.

Desired Experience

  • 15+ years experience
  • 10 years of experience in direct sales working in the online environment (preferably e-commerce) in the Korean market
  • 5+ years proven management experience managing a team of 10+ individuals
  • Business network, used to present to C level executives;
  • Knowledge of retargeting and RTB model;
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising markets in the Korean market;
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast sales and build sales plans;
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders;
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business;
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and high energy;
  • Creative problem-solving skills;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • Fluency in English;
